Our Mission Statement
ICAM is an organisation that promotes the socio-cultural identity of Ndigbo in the Midlands with emphasis on the promotion of friendship and welfare of its members and their families.
Our Objectives

To promote and maintain IGBO culture especially the Igbo language and tradition within the Igbo community.

To inculcate the Igbo culture and tradition in our children, so that they can reflect positively in our multi-cultural environment.

To offer welfare support and assistance to members and their families

To promote social integration and friendship amongst members and between the Association and the wider community.

The Association shall be a non-profit- making organisation and shall seek to promote equal opportunity amongst its members and Associates.

To raise funds for the Association through lawful activities.

To maintain linkages with other Communities and organizations as approved by the general membership

The Association will continue to foster Community cohesion and good practice.

Undertake cultural, charitable, educational, social and economic activities beneficial to the Community.

The Association shall operate as much as practicable under the general rules of a Charity.

To work with other organizations in furtherance of the interest of our Community.

The Association shall be non-political but will contribute to meaningful debates in the interest of our community
